They need to be in clothes that are easy to move in and that remain down or tuck into the bottoms

- Top – tank top/t-shirt – a top that keeps the torso area covered at all time please
- remember your child will be upside down and rolling around

They need to take a bottle of water either with a sports cap top or smash bottle/drinks bottle
The children are allowed to go to the toilet of course but we do advise that they attend the toilet before the class begins
We donu2019t facilitate parents staying in the main gym hall, due to child protection and the best advancement of your child
No children are allowed to leave the premises without a parent or guardian collecting them.
If you have another adult collecting your child please inform us before collection.
Classes are all one hour long, we do ask that all gymnasts arrive on time to make best use of their class time
We run a variation of classes from recreational to competitive – each class has to learn their warm up – stretches and co-ordination exercises before moving on.
Our 3-5 yr old classes are based completely around learning in a fun environment, and are not based on pushing overall gymnastics skills, but learning how to roll, land, move in different directions using all the equipment in the gym.
Graded classes are more set structure and based around various skills depending on the level and giving the gymnasts the opportunity to gain more advanced elements to aim for various competitions.
Competition classes are based around preparing for specific events and gaining higher level skill elements
We currently participate in community games, Inter-club competitions based on graded women’s and men’s artistic competitions and acrobatics
In all the current competitions we attend all ages are eligible except community games were their rule is they must be a minimum of 7yrs and max 14yrs on the 31st of July in the year of competition.
All coaches are fully qualified sport first aiders, there is a first aid station in reception where all the equipment is kept.
Parties are open to everyone and you donu2019t need to be a club member to use this facility
